The Institute of Zoology at the International Fair of Inventions and Innovations "Traian Vuia", Timisoara, 2020

     From October 13 to 15, 2020, in Timișoara, Romania, the International Exhibition of Inventions and Innovations "Traian Vuia" took place, the 6th edition, which is one of the most popular fairs of invention and innovation of Romania. The event was organized by the Society of Inventors from Banat in partnership with SC REMIR SRL. President of the Exhibition - Rémi Rădulescu, President of the Society of Inventors of Banat, and the President of the Jury - Camelia Marinescu.
     432 inventions and research projects from six countries: Romania, Republic of Moldova, Serbia, Hungary, Montenegro and Italy have been exhibited at the Timisoara Fair. On October 7, 2020, the authors presented their inventions and innovations online, after which they were exhibited at the Timisoara Fair. The awards ceremony took place on October 15, live on TVR Timișoara.
     The inventions presented by the researchers of the Institute of Zoology of Moldova were appreciated with two Gold medals, a Silver medal and a Bronze medal:

• Gold medal for the invention “Method of prophylaxis of fasciolosis in ruminators”, authors: Toderaș Ion, Erhan Dumitru, Gherasim Elena, Rusu Ștefan;
• Gold medal for the invention “Installation for the ecological-industrial reproduction of pelagophilic fish”, authors: Crepis Oleg, Bulat Dumitru, Usatîi Marin, Bulat Denis, Șaptefrați Nicolae, Usatîi Adrian;
• Silver medal for the invention „Method for treating the potato against the nematode Ditylenchus destructor”, authors: Melnic Maria, Rusu Ștefan, Erhan Dumitru, Onofraș Leonid, Todiraș Vasile, Slanina Valerina;
• Bronze medal for the invention “Composition and procedure for supplementary feeding and deparasitization of hares”, authors: Toderaș Ion, Rusu Ștefan, Savin Anatol, Erhan Dumitru, Ciocoi Oleg, Zamornea Maria, Grosu Gheorghe, Gologan Ion.

     The medals obtained by researchers from the Institute of Zoology at the International Exhibition of Inventions and Innovations "Traian Vuia" Timisoara - 2020 are proof that the inventions presented are current and of high quality.
