Excellent Idea – 2023

In the period of September 19-21, 2023, the 2nd edition of the International Exhibition of Innovation and Technological Transfer EXCELLENT IDEA - 2023 was held. The event was organized by: the Center for Innovation and Technological Transfer, the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, Academy of Sciences of Moldova, State University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Nicolae Testemițanu" from the Republic of Moldova.

The Institute of Zoology presented 3 works, which were awarded gold medals:

• Investigation results on the new preparation Nemathorin 10G, on the producing company “ISK Biosciences Europe N.V.”  Belgium, as as a nematocidal remedy for the potato crop, to combat invasive nematode complexes associated with coleopteran insects in the soil, on productive and sowing sectors of tubers from the Republic of Moldova (authors: Ștefan Rusu, Elena Iurcu-Străistaru, Alexei Bivol, Dumitru Erhan, Maria Melnic, Olesea Gliga, Ion Gologan);
• Development and application of agro ecological practices in the sustainable insect pests for the productions of healthy tomatoes (authors: Ion Toderaș, Natalia Munteanu-Molotievski, Alexei Bivol, Anna Moldovan, Ștefan Rusu, Victoria Lisnic, Elena Iurcu-Străistaru)
• Method of prophylaxis of fascioloses in ruminants (authors: Ion Toderaș, Dumitru Erhan, Elena Gherasim, Ștefan Rusu).
